Meet Our Team
Caroline Sharvit, M.S. obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Washington University in St. Louis. Thereafter, she pursued her Master’s Degree in Clinical Nutrition at New York University. While there, she completed her Dietetic Internship at Mount Sinai Hospital and New York University Medical Center, providing Medical Nutrition Therapy in many clinical departments including gastroenterology, oncology, nephrology, pediatrics and cardiology.
Caroline’s clinical nutrition training, her strong background in biology and human physiology, and her deep love of nutritious yet delicious food enable her to craft sustainable nutrition planning for clients of all ages. Caroline’s unique approach focuses on client education that promotes consistently healthy food choices in any setting and preparation of easy, yet healthy meals.
Whether a client is motivated by weight loss, athletic performance or disease management, Caroline’s knowledge and training can help clients incorporate their individualized food and taste preferences in order to achieve and maintain weight and wellness goals.
