Helene Lieberman

Occupational Therapist


Helene Lieberman has been an Occupational Therapist for 27 years.  She received her Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Boston University’s Sargent College of Allied Health Professions and her Master’s Degree in Family Support Services from Nova Southeastern University. She worked in New York at the Albert Einstein Medical Center, Rose F. Kennedy Center until she moved to Florida. She continued to work exclusively with children 0-21 with a variety of diagnoses in inpatient and outpatient facilities, homes and schools. She has worked with those on the Autism Spectrum, Sensory Processing Disorder Traumatic Brain Injuries, Cerebral Palsy, Developmental Delays, Feeding Disorders, Prematurity, Genetic Disorders and a variety of other diagnoses.


Helene is certified in Pediatric Neurodevelopmental Treatment, Sensory Integration, Neuronet Early Learning, Neuronet Integrated Rhythms, Interactive Metronome and Integrated Listening Systems. In addition to years of evaluation and treatment experience, Helene has been an Adjunct Professor in the Occupational Therapy Department at Nova Southeastern University and has co-authored a chapter on activity analysis in a soon to be published text.
